Valentines Day

Phew, it's time already! Man January went by fast!!! Well it seems that I'm still behind a day or two. Well new news for the Marlin Public Library, we are going to be having a craft party for Valentines day. With books to read and food to eat. Everyone is invited to come. It will be from 5:30p.m. - 7:00p.m. on Thursday, February 11th. All children ages 5 - 12 are welcome to come, (parents too!). If you have any questions or want to know what's on the agenda for the party, just call at (254) 883-6602. Ask for Rita. (She's the one that's doing. I just do the blog. ^_^)

Resume Class Time

Alright, it has been decided that the new resume class will be February 16th, a Tuesday afternoon from 5:30p.m. - 7:00p.m. It won't be too long of a class, and is very simple for anyone that might be interested in joining. The instructor will be Krystle Shore. If you have any question you can call at (254) 883-6602 and ask for Krystle. If you wish to sign up just come by the library.

Well, what a week it's been. A lot has happened and boy are we having a lot of fun. This past few weeks the library has been providing free internet and Basic's computer classes for those of interest. I can't wait till next month when the library will be providing a one day special Resume Class. Most people are looking for jobs now because of the economy and we all know how far a dollar goes in this world and how much people are looking for work.

So for anyone that might be interested, the class will be next month. Sometime in February and I will have the listing up for those interested next week. Till then have a nice week, and remember to enjoy a good book!
